The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. When I thought I had lost my ID card, they promptly helped me search and found it, showcasing their exceptional service. the suite was a luxurious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and ironing facilities, making my stay incredibly convenient. The balcony with a stunning view was a perfect spot for morning coffee, and the air conditioning provided a welcome respite from the Colombian heat. the attention to detail was evident in the free toiletries and impeccably clean parquet floors. I especially appreciated the sitting area, which allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the vibrant neighborhood. the hotel's proximity to charming cafes and bakeries made it a delight to immerse myself in the local culture. the convenient location near a Metro station and taxi hub ensured seamless travel around the city. Overall, Santa Ana not only met but surpassed my expectations, offering a luxurious and memorable stay that I'll cherish for years to come.
